Duties: Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans. Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods. Network and foster new relationships with international investors to increase the utilization of loans by global investors. Analyze potential loan markets, such as China, South Korea or India, and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans. Devise and execute a meticulous tactical blueprint for business development, aimed at elevating the firm\'s offerings to both current and prospective patrons. Undertake comprehensive market analysis and competitor assessment to discern avenues for expansion. Collaborate with the executive leadership to define revenue benchmarks and operational approaches and formulate business expansion strategies congruent with the organization\'s mission and financial goals. Engage in client negotiations and consummate agreements that prove mutually advantageous for the company and the client.
