\ \ Johnson County Community College\ Position, Department: Enterprise Applications Administrator, Operations\ \ Type of Position: Full-time Salaried, Exempt\ \ Work Schedule, Hours per week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week\ \ Pay Range: \$71,500.00-\$94,000.00 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.\ \ Opportunity for hybrid schedule: Yes\ \ Benefits Category: Full-time Benefits\ \ \ \ Position Summary: Analyze, program, and implement cloud or on-premise enterprise software applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI, EAI) to support business objectives. Responsible for all aspects of the enterprise software application life cycle, including coordination with user groups to identify solutions that improve business processes, implement process and system changes, and provide system training and other user-focused activities. Plan and manage the installation of enterprise application upgrades, integrations, and other systems changes.\ \ Required Qualifications: Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline. Conducts complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment. Requires a bachelor\'s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.\ \ To be considered for this position we will require an application, resume, and cover letter.\ \ *Unofficial transcripts are required for all Adjunct faculty and Faculty positions.\ \ \ \ Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide application administration for cloud-based and on-premise enterprise application systems, including but not limited to integration, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Serve as technical lead and ensure the efficiency of enterprise-level applications, reliability of data, and systems integration.
  • Perform analysis and application development work to integrate, automate, manage, and support the enterprise integration application computing environment.
  • Consult with Information Technology (IT) resources, vendors, and business area stakeholders to provide a consistent experience across supported applications, emphasizing customer service.
  • Research, design, develop, and implement solutions to automate administration tasks and leverage technology to economies of scale.
  • Interpret and share understandable information with others, regularly provide advice, and recommend actions to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution 24x7x365 for enterprise-level applications following Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) change management procedures.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise application service level and technical support documentation.
  • Follow and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure a consistent framework is applied across the college.
