We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Financial Reporting to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and review of all financial reports to ensure they comply with company and industry regulations

• Manage the process of SEC reporting, ensuring all reports are accurate and submitted on time

• Oversee the lease accounting process and ensure it is completed accurately and efficiently

• Supervise the monthly consolidation of financial reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Oversee the preparation of annual financial reports, ensuring all information is accurate and ready for review

• Supervise the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date

• Ensure all financial reporting processes and procedures comply with company policies and industry regulations

• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the financial reporting process

• Collaborate with other departments to gather information needed for financial reports

• Continuously review and improve financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position

• Proficiency in SEC Reporting is a plus but not required

• Expertise in Lease Accounting is preferred

• Proficiency in Monthly Consolidation and Financial Reporting is necessary

• Previous experience with Annual Financial Reporting is essential

• Must have a solid background in Monthly Financial Reporting

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation is needed

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills are required

• Must have advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Should possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
