The Bell NTS Security team is looking for a dynamic and result driven Senior Technical Program Manager with great project management skills to structure and drive the execution of cyber security projects in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and managing complex, large-scale cloud security projects that are highly technical & cross-functional.

• Lead and track multiple projects and controls implementation by documenting and maintaining: project requirements, definition of done, RACI, success metrics, timelines, risks, processes flow, project update.

• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce reports to drive completion of work.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure all security policies and procedures are implemented.

• Identify decisions required to move a project forward, determine the decision-makers, and ensure decisions are made and documented.

• Monitor program status and rapidly identify and measure issues / risks. Succinctly communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution.

Critical Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management experience at a technology or communication service company and/or in a technical capacity.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Security experience is essential for this role.

• Experience in running complex and long-term security programs that deliver iterative improvements and risk reduction over time.

• Experience in operational security work, such as PAM/IAM, logging & detection, DLP, vulnerability management…

• Strong project/program management skills, driven by results and outcomes.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Strong time management skills with a sense of urgency to ensure deadlines are met; you know how to prioritize and reprioritize quickly.

• Good team player, self-confident, motivated, and independent.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
