Senior Digital Campaigns Manager

The Senior Digital Campaigns Manager at Telesat, will be a non managing professional that will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads. Responsibilities: Digital Strategy and Execution

  • Establish end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategies that align with business needs and goals. Lead the tactical implementation of these capabilities, including email campaigns, social (LinkedIn and X), digital advertising, and SEO.

  • Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing and graphic design teams to define and develop content assets, establish campaign KPIs and foster a culture of continuous learning and shared success.

  • Apply Telesat brand standards to create a consistent perception across all digital mediums

Responsibilities: Lead Generation

  • Leverage current and emerging digital media strategies (e.g. email automation, social media, content management systems, etc.) to influence buyer behavior or target audiences to a desired action.

  • Develop lead-scoring model in collaboration with product marketing and sales leadership; track marketing qualified lead (MQL) conversion rates and regularly refine strategy to drive improvement

Responsibilities: Reporting and Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of organic and paid campaigns and social media performance, identifying key areas for improvement and translating data insights into actionable strategies. Craft comprehensive reports, offering clear and understandable performance metrics and ROI for executive stakeholders

Education and Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience developing and managing digital B2B outreach campaigns, utilizing content management and reporting tools across digital channels, including experience in paid, owned and earned media.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or business. MBA a plus

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, managing email campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing and lead scoring

  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, data analytics, and Accessibility

  • A robust understanding of various tech stack tools, demonstrating hands-on experience in navigating and leveraging a diverse range of technologies. Monitor digital trends and best practices, recommend technology solutions, and oversee implementation and campaign optimizations

  • Solid understanding of digital B2B buyer’s journey.

  • Experience in insight and value-selling messaging methodologies a plus
