We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations at a local manufacturer. You will schedule warehouse staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient receiving and shipment of goods. When shipments arrive or before deliveries leave the warehouse, you will check inventory with orders to check that the shipment is complete. It will be vital for you to input inventory and maintain current records into our database. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a warehouse in manufacturing, with at least one year in a supervisory role.

salary: $46,000 - $55,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 2 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and procedures, and confirm staff compliance

• Conduct physical counts of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory levels

• Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods

• Inspect all warehouse equipment and order repairs and replacements when required

• Recruit, hire, and train new warehouse employees
