JOB REQUIREMENTS: Official Title: Research Program Coordinator Business Title: ADVANCE Research Program Coordinator Employment Class: Academic Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: \$50,000 - \$60,000 FLSA Status: Exempt Terms of Employment: Annual, fixed-term terminal Position Summary: This full-time position will collaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-PIs to support and guide the successful coordination, and execution of the ADVANCE UWO grant funded by the National Science Foundation\'s (NSF) ADVANCE program. The NSF ADVANCE program provides grants to enhance the systemic factors that support equity and inclusion and to mitigate the systemic factors that create inequities in the academic profession and workplaces. The ADVANCE UWO project is broken down into three phases: Phase 1: Building Capacity for Change across the Three Campuses Phase 2: Faculty and Staff Training Phase 3: Policy and Procedure Change The Research Program Coordinator will work closely with the PI, Co-PIs, external evaluator, ADVANCE program assistant, Internal Steering Committee, and External Advisory Committee to plan and coordinate the administrative, operational, and outreach activities related to the ADVANCE UWO research project, which may be both collaborative and independent.
