Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate and assist management with the hiring process - from processing paperwork to onboarding new hires.

Maintain personnel files - ensuring everything is up-to-date and compliant.

Collaborate with management - to maintain and manage employee benefits.

Assist with meetings - taking minutes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Act as an employee relations specialist - providing support and guidance to our amazing team.
