The Alaka’ina Foundation Family of Companies (FFOCs) is looking for a qualified Accounts Payable Accountant to support our Corporate office in Orlando, Florida.
DESCRIPTTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies. Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
Maintain large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Audit and process credit card bills.
Provide overall support to the department.
DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum two (2) years experience of accounting practices and procedures
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Must be accurate in both processes and content
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work within a team
Must be proficient In Microsoft Excel
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Costpoint and government accounting experience preferred
