Our client is an asset management firm that invests in consumer products. They are looking to close fund 9 before the end of the year and want to bring on a Senior Tax Analyst to help accommodate the growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Help manage the tax compliance cycle, including partner whitepaper estimates and final K-1s, partnership returns, corporate returns, 1099s, 1042s, 8804s, FATCA and CRS reporting

• Work with tax team on upper tier modeling and tax planning, including PTE analysis

• Help manage tax engagements with third-party providers

• Assist in reviewing and calculating quarterly tax estimates and withholding for partnership and corporate entities

• Assist in reviewing and calculating quarterly and year-end tax provisions for financial statements

• Work with tax team on ad hoc tax planning projects with portfolio companies

  Requirements

The Candidate:

• 2-5 years in Tax (ideally Big10 firm) with Private Capital client backgrounds and strong flow-through entity experience.

• Highly professional presence and great communication skills.

• Enjoys being hands on and inquisitive.

• Work directly with the Tax Manager and Director.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related. A CPA is a big plus.
