Insight Global REMOTE Application Analyst in Orange, California

Job Description

The REMOTE Applications Analyst plays a crucial role in advancing health plan services through strategic integration and interfacing of information technology systems. Their responsibilities include ensuring seamless collaboration between various healthcare applications, software, and platforms. They focus on automating processes to enhance data exchange, interoperability, and operational efficiencies across the healthcare system. This role encompasses both internal systems and serving as a liaison for the development team. They also focus on building out specifications, integrations, customizations, and translating business requirements.

As an Application Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and support of healthcare applications. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, ensuring the quality and accuracy of our applications, and maintaining our healthcare applications system. To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of clinical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills with experience in collaborative work. You should be a strong communicator and have software knowledge to develop user-friendly software solutions.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2-6 years of working as a Applications Analyst within the Healthcare space.

  • Experience in developing and maintaining software applications.

  • Health plan experience

  • Must be in PST or MST Time Zone

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - Extensive knowledge of California Health Plans and Insurances

  • Strong Technical Experience null
