Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with an American award-winning, global provider of marketing solutions for a Collections Specialist to work a hybrid schedule from their Omaha office.

Job Title: Collections Specialist

Location: Hybrid – Omaha, NE

Pay: $17.50

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Recognition and Analysis of collection issues

  • Researching payments and applications

  • Assist with audit requests

  • Client Account Reconciliations

  • Intercompany inquires and research

  • Primary backup for Cash Application Associate

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Above average Word and very strong Excel experience

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in accounting

  • Should be familiar with Cash Applications and Accounts Payable
