Our client is a leading aerospace and defense contractor. This is a temporary position (W2 Only) in Oldsmar, FLand is an excellent opportunity for the right individual. The contract is expected to last approximately 1 year. With the opportunity to convert permanently. Job Description:We are seeking a skilled High Volume Solder Assembler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-volume solder assembly work in accordance with IPC Class 3 specifications. This role requires the use of a microscope or magnification to ensure precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-volume solder assembly work to IPC Class 3 specifications.
Utilize through-hole soldering techniques compliant with IPC 610/620 standards.
Work in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environment.
Use chemicals to aid in cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment.
Operate under a microscope or magnification as needed for detailed assembly tasks.
Maintain high levels of quality and precision in all assembly work.
Requirements:
Proven experience with through-hole soldering techniques according to IPC 610/620 standards.
Prior experience working in an ESD environment.
Proficiency in using chemicals for cleaning purposes.
Ability to perform detailed work under a microscope or magnification.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production setting.
