System One Director of Operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

System One has partnered with a growing company headquartered in Oklahoma City that is seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Operations to lead at their current locations in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. The Director of Operations will serve as the first point of contact for ensuring coordination, productivity, and profitability. The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping the Company's future success through strategy, process, and people management. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position in Oklahoma City that offers fully paid benefits, excellent retirement package, and PTO. Professional Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Director of Operations or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience transitioning from AS400 to Acumatica ERP preferred.

  • Familiarity with HVAC, industrial, and mechanical equipment preferred.

  • Purchasing experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of industry legal regulations.

    Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight:

  • Plan, monitor, and optimize day-to-day operations for business success.

  • Leadership & Management:

  • Direct leadership of purchasing, warehousing, inventory, facilities, and branch operations.

  • Facilitate Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) methodologies

  • Provide real-time constructive feedback and coaching.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and enhance business procedures to align with long-term objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

  • Facilitate effective internal communications.

  • Ensure vendor compliance and maintain vetting process.
