The Director of Operations will serve as the first point of contact for ensuring coordination, productivity, and profitability. The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping the Company's future success through strategy, process, and people management. Professional Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Experience transitioning from AS400 to Acumatica ERP preferred.

• Familiarity with HVAC, industrial, and mechanical equipment preferred.

• Purchasing experience preferred.

• Working knowledge of industry legal regulations.

  Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight:

• Plan, monitor, and optimize day-to-day operations for business success.

• Leadership & Management:

• Direct leadership of purchasing, warehousing, inventory, facilities, and branch operations.

• Facilitate Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) methodologies

• Provide real-time constructive feedback and coaching.

• Process Improvement:

• Evaluate and enhance business procedures to align with long-term objectives.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

• Facilitate effective internal communications.

• Ensure vendor compliance and maintain vetting process.
