Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Credentialing Specialist located in OKC, Oklahoma. The industry focus is on information research and management, with a special emphasis on commercial property data. The role is based in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for interpreting, maintaining, and updating complex data sets, ensuring the accuracy of information, and fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and reviewing commercial property data to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

• Utilizing online resources to locate commercial property details, associated municipal jurisdictions, and property information.

• Following processes advised by management to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

• Managing and preserving important documents related to commercial properties.

• Determining necessary requests, completing and submitting these requests according to municipal and department processes.

• Monitoring requests to ensure timely processing and maintaining accurate, updated information in the database.

• Ensuring accuracy with all data and updating information as needed.

• Conducting thorough research of online resources to obtain documents and information.

• Maintaining accurate site cost transactions and notes.

• Coordinating mailings and managing email workload effectively.

• Fostering positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

• Meeting production targets and managing team workload as needed.

• Receiving feedback and training to improve performance. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Computer Research

• Previous experience in Call Center Customer Service is essential

• Excellent Customer Service abilities are required

• Must have proficiency in Data Gathering

• Experience as a Credentialing Specialist is preferred

• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Must have a strong work ethic and show initiative

• Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
