We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Finance Clerk in OAKWOOD VILLAGE, Ohio. The role involves various clerical and administrative tasks within the financial sector, with a specific focus on customer service and basic financial operations. The workplace is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and the position is onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls and greet residents professionally

• Coordinate scheduling for senior citizen pick-ups

• Engage in light accounting filing duties

• Maintain a close working relationship with the mayor's secretary

• Assist in the processing of customer credit applications and invoices

• Perform general accounting clerical tasks as needed

• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and maintain an organized workspace

Requirements

• Strong Customer Service Skills

•Written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well with others

• Must show a strong work ethic and mutli tasking skills

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
