We are inviting applications for the role of Government Financial Compliance Director based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This role is integral to our team, with the successful candidate overseeing the indirect rate structure for our establishment, serving as a liaison to the DCAA and CACO, and ensuring all compliance standards are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of compliance and finance-related tasks within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the indirect rate structure of the company, working with incurred costs and forward pricing rates.

• Serve as the liaison to the DCAA and CACO, handling all related responsibilities.

• Perform compliance audits to ensure the company is adhering to all necessary standards.

• Lead negotiations for forward pricing/provisional billing and incurred cost rates.

• Establish SOP's for FAR and CAS related areas.

• Work towards improving efficiencies across the company's operations.

• Utilize auditing skills to ensure the accuracy of company finances.

• Leverage knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DCAA to ensure compliance.

• Use Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Table to handle and analyze data.

• Use skills in Federal Government and Federal Government Reporting to manage government audits.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEC Compliance Management or similar roles

• Extensive knowledge of Federal Government and Federal Government Reporting

• Strong understanding of Government Audits and DCAA

• Proficiency in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

• Proven ability to perform Direct - Indirect Rate Calculations

• Previous experience with Oracle and Microsoft Excel

• Advanced skills in Excel Formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Table

• Proven track record in Auditing and Compliance

• Strong financial acumen

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented approach to work

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
