Pediatrics On Demand is an Urgent Care  and Primary Care located in Oak Lawn, IL. We also have a sister company Minis Walk In Clinic.  We serve patients from birth to 21 years of age. 

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations

• Prepare monthly credit card account reconciliations

• Data Entry of all accounting transactions

• Manage multiple businesses for accounting

• Clean up General Ledger

• Provide Accounts Payable and Receivable support

• Review Balance Sheet and Income Statement

• Issue monthly financial statements

• Submit sales tax annually

• Comply with financial policies and procedures

• Cash flow management

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree

• Journal entries

• Sales tax

• At least 1 of work experience as an Accountant

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

• Experience with QuickBooks Online

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Experience with general functions

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

• CPA or CMA is a PLUS
