Description: River Ridge Creations, LLC dba The Rocket Shop is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Screen Printer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating an Automatic ROQ 10/12 printer and assisting in various aspects of the screen printing process. While experience is preferred, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Operate an automatic screen printer efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in burning and reclaiming screens.
- Set up and take down printing jobs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of different types of inks and printing procedures.
- Understand the entire printing process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Work independently with a high level of efficiency.
- Maintain good attendance and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 8-5 (with potential for flexible hours during busier times).
- No nights or weekends required.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $20-$25/hour negotiable with experience; $15-$18/hour with no experience.
