What’s the role?

We are seeking a creative content producer to join our dynamic commercial content team, producing advertising and branded content for our clients across a wide range of media, including social, digital, print and video.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled collaborator who thrives on efficiency & bringing ideas to life. You approach projects with an innovative mindset and have experience producing content in a range of categories and styles for various channels. As a client-centric professional, you excel at working with diverse disciplines, from sales to design, to deliver outstanding results. In this role, you will partner closely with our creative team to develop and execute compelling content that engages audiences and drives success for our clients.

About the role:

  • Fixed-term opportunity: maternity leave cover contract until October/2024 with the possibility of extension

  • Develop innovative, cost-effective production solutions that achieve client objectives and drive ad revenue

  • Provide accurate cost estimates and manage production budgets

  • Organise and oversee productions of various sizes covering food, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and other categories, with a focus on short-form mobile-first content.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ideas and bring concepts to life

  • Work with the talent team to help negotiate contracts and secure usage rights for footage/photography

  • Manage and drive influencer-led projects

  • Maintain up-to-date records of video and photographic assets, leading post-production process

Who are you?

  • 3+ years of experience producing advertising and/or branded content

  • Extensive knowledge of production management across social, video, print, and digital media

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative work on brief, on time, and on budget

  • Strong skills in supplier contract negotiation, project management and budget management

  • Highly collaborative team player who embodies our team values and behaviours

  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proactive self-starter able to adapt to client and team needs

  • Hands-on experience with editing, shooting, or writing in a range of 'voices' is a plus
