What You'll Do:

  • Assemble & Install: Build and install wire harnesses from scratch or by integrating donor components using detailed prints, cut sheets, and instructions.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety: Use precision soldering, crimping, and continuity testing (with multimeters and other tools) to ensure every harness meets our exacting quality and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot & Innovate: Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to diagnose wiring issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain an Organized Workspace: Keep your area clean and safe, adhering to all safety procedures while maintaining customer confidentiality.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement: Offer insights and ideas that help refine our assembly processes and elevate our quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in wire harness assembly or a closely related field.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable with soldering, crimping, proper tool usage, and using multimeters for precise testing.

Attention to Detail:

A meticulous mindset with a commitment to delivering 100% quality in every project.
