Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage an operation, business unit, or segment of a production facility to achieve defined targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with industry benchmarks and standards.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for salaried front-line leaders and hourly employees. Cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in best practices and quality standards within the discipline. Stay informed about the latest technical advancements in the field. Contribute to strategy and policy development while ensuring their implementation within the designated area of responsibility.

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of best practices and the integration of departments. Stay informed about market competition and factors that distinguish them. Utilize judgment to address moderately complex operational and product management challenges, leveraging technical expertise for data analysis and decision support.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate decision-making processes. Act as a resource for colleagues, providing guidance and support while leading small-to-medium projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.

  • Communicate effectively, conveying complex information in a clear and persuasive manner. Foster consensus-building and develop persuasion skills to influence stakeholders on business matters within the field.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience

The base pay range for this position is $111,700 - $125,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 24, 2024.
