Description We are in search of an experienced Director of Marketing to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry based in Norwalk, Connecticut. This role involves the development and management of marketing and PR plans, overseeing media relations, and implementing marketing strategies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing internal communications and driving engagement through social media.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and implement the annual marketing and PR plans, ensuring they fall within budget guidelines.

• Measure key performance indicators relating to all marketing and PR activities and generate performance reports for key stakeholders.

• Oversee the execution of all promotional activities across all channels, ensuring brand adherence and effectiveness.

• Manage all media relations activities including maintaining press kits, press releases, photo library, brochures, newsletters, key personnel biographies, and hotel question and answer sheet.

• Develop and manage a tailored social media strategy to drive engagement and increase loyalty.

• Manage and execute local news or stories affecting hotel business and share across region.

• Participate in hotel commercial focus meetings and proactively identify revenue-driving opportunities with other key stakeholders.

• Oversee the roll out of marketing and PR initiatives to support the hotel in meeting their targets.

• Ensure all marketing and PR initiatives support the commercial strategy of the business.

• Manage internal communications in the hotel and update regional office of any local stories, awards, and sponsorship events.

• Identify local partnership opportunities with the regional team, and oversee the on-going execution of revenue-driving activities. Requirements • Must have a comprehensive understanding of CRM and Database management.

• Proficiency in EO/IR systems is required.

• Must have experience in utilizing Facebook Insights for marketing strategies.

• Knowledge in Google Analytics is essential.

• Must have a proven track record in creating effective advertisements.

• Experiences in building Brand Awareness are critical.

• Must possess strong skills in Campaign Planning and execution.

• A background in Design is necessary.

• Must have a strong grasp of Digital marketing strategies and tools.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, an MBA is preferred.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong strategic mindset.

• A high level of creativity and innovation is desired.

• Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong project management skills are required.

• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Innovation starts with people.®
