As an ISC Production Supervisor - Final Assembly Cells here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the final assembly process within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will lead a team of production associates, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of assembly processes to meet production goals. Your expertise in production management and leadership will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Connecticut location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our final assembly process, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of production associates, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Oversee the final assembly process, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

• Train and develop production associates to enhance their skills and performance.

• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency in the assembly process.

The annual base salary pay range for this position is $80,800 - $115,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of experience in production supervision or a related field

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards

WE VALUE:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management)

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

• Lean Six Sigma certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
