We're currently seeking a Sr Manager, Field Service with a track record of excellent work in Australia. As a global leader in the field of Engineering, we are committed to providing exceptional solutions that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Key Accountabilities
Determine and implement strategies for flawless execution of field service activities
Develop commercial service strategies to grow service business,
Achieve service sales revenue as set in the Annual Operating Plan
Lead and develop a large team of field service professionals to successfully compete in the market
Collaborate with diverse teams to drive technological innovation and support our customers' needs
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement and adhere to strict quality and safety standards to deliver world-class service
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including key account management.
How will you get here?
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in managing field service business including P&L
Track record in driving business growth and revenue targets through the implementation of service strategy and execution of tactical actions to achieve required objectives.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7+ years of service business management and/or Commercial service management experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in working in a global and matrix organisation with a decentralised model (preferred)
