A key position building and managing retail partnerships to deliver our retail strategy for Hubbl!
We are searching for an Account Manager to work within our newly launched game changing product, Hubbl!
With an explosion of streaming apps in the market we have launched a new transformative product that takes the frustration out of streaming by bringing together paid and free streaming entertainment into the world’s best user interface! There is no need to go in and out of apps to discover the content you love....Its Hubbl, TV and streaming made easy.
As our Account Manager, you will support and manage B2B clients to ensure Hubbl products are the #1 preferred product of retailers and consumers alike. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales, this role will be responsible for supporting the planning and ongoing management of B2B partners commercial performance and growth
Your responsibilities
Manage B2B partnerships including sales forecasts, activations and performance management ensuring all sales targets are met and continue to grow to plan
Build strong partnerships with partners identifying and maximising opportunities for growth
Develop and maintain sales reports ensuring accuracy, key KPI’s and performance to plan
Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure success of the third-party retail sales, such as key partner head office, commercial, legal, marketing, product
Ensure Risk and Compliance Management, including legal obligations, are fulfilled
Contribute to setting incentives and commission structures by partner/channel, ensuring the right behaviours and outcomes are delivered
Build and maintain training plans and materials for sales teams ensuring up to date with the latest product and service developments
Manage the retail calendar and work with key partners on forecasting and promotional plans to ensure sales targets are met
Execute in-store activations with excellence driving sales performance
Manage the implementation and onboarding of new partnerships
Coordinate market intelligence and monitoring competitors' sales strategies and products, campaigns, and events to optimise market share
Monitor market, category, competitors, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and potential challenges
Your experience and capability
Recent account management experience, Australian Retail or Telco industry experience highly desirable
Knowledge of media industry and TV and streaming devices markets is a plus
Results oriented mindset, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills
Flexible approach with a strong ability to problem solve
Team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with business partners
