Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the customer service industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, processing customer transactions, and addressing customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, both over the phone and in person.

• Efficiently process customer orders and provide status updates on these orders.

• Accurately maintain customer credit records and account information.

• Assist with in-store purchases and order entries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Resolve customer complaints, providing effective and immediate solutions.

• Translate customer interactions, as necessary, utilizing Spanish language skills.

• Multi-task by managing various customer accounts and transactions simultaneously.

• Ensure accurate and efficient answering of multi-line phone system.

• Proactively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.

• Provide quotes and invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requirements • Proficient in managing customer accounts and handling customer invoices.

• Experience with generating customer quotes and overseeing customer shipments.

• Ability to process customer transactions effectively and efficiently.

• Demonstrated experience in resolving customer complaints and providing superior customer service.

• Spanish language proficiency including translation skills.

• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems.

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems.

• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

• High-level verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
