Robert Half Marketing Assistant in North Charleston, South Carolina

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in North Charleston, South Carolina. The chosen candidate will play a key role in executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including content creation, digital marketing management, and event coordination. This role is an integral part of our team, ensuring effective marketing practices across different platforms and departments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in the creation and development of engaging content across all platforms, including writing blog posts, producing videos, and other creative content to engage our target audience.

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Use analytics tools to monitor performance and inform strategy adjustments.

• Organize and manage trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, and promotional activities, ensuring a cohesive brand presentation.

• Design and execute segmented email marketing campaigns using platforms similar to Mailchimp, analyzing campaign performance to optimize future communications.

• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and search engine optimized. Utilize Google Analytics to analyze traffic and user behavior.

• Actively collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with company goals and ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Compile and analyze data across marketing channels, presenting insights and recommendations to the marketing team and company leadership to drive informed decision-making. Requirements • Proficiency in content creation and management for various platforms.

• Experience with content marketing strategies, including the creation of compelling marketing content.

• Familiarity with social media content creation and management across different channels.

• Ability to create engaging social media graphics, understanding of current social media tools and trends.

• Experience with digital content creation and digital marketing strategies.

• Demonstrable skills in coordinating and planning marketing events.

• Proficiency in using Google Analytics for monitoring and reporting.

• Experience with Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.

• Ability to write compelling web page content and manage website content.

• Familiarity with social media channels and the ability to effectively promote content through these channels.
