By joining our team, you will be part of the Service department . This department is responsible for ensuring our systems at customers are operational and run smoothly, so our customers are able to run production. By means of regular in field maintenance, quick response to defects and reliable remote support, the team ensures our customers can continuously rely on our systems.

You support our success by:

  • monitoring, maintaining and answering logistical, technical and commercial questions from customers via mail or the service telephone;

  • collecting information from former deliveries, drawing packages, customer files and the quotation system;

  • preparing, adjusting, processing and sending quotations based on information retrieved from our ERP system (ISAH);

  • steering the administrative processing of orders and, the supervision of the process from tender to order;

  • informing customers on delivery times and transport statuses, optimizing the sales process of spare parts, ensuring correct and timely processing of quotations and order data and, co-maintains the article database in terms of sales information;

  • defining and registering complaints regarding defective parts, having defects analysed, having retuned parts repaired, assessing whether complaints fall under a guarantee provision and, coordinating this with the Service help desk.

    Your experience includes:

  • You have minimally a secondary vocational educational degree and a strong affinity with technique. However, it is not necessary that you are a mechanic;

  • We expect you to have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in a similar role;

  • Experience with ERP systems is required, preferably ISAH;

  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English is required, additional languages are a plus;

  • You are located in the Netherlands.
