We are seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in a high volume recruiting environment to work on-site in Norfolk, Virginia. This is a contract position with the potential for extension and/or permanent hire. Candidates must have experience in SAP, HRIS systems, job boards, social media channels, and LinkedIn.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition business partner or recruiter

• High volume recruiting industry experience

• Prior experience as a Recruiter in a corporate environment

• Experience managing employer branding initiatives and full-cycle recruiting

• Experience with managing talent acquisition using SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and with internal teams and external partners

• Familiarity with professional platforms, job boards, and social media channels, especially LinkedIn

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Sound knowledge of all labor regulations and fair employment practices
