Director I Care Consultant

The Director I Care Consultant is responsible for strategy and implementation of Provider Success programs.

Location: This role will support the VA, WV, DC and MD markets and work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of an Elevance Health location in these states.

How you will make an impact:

• Serves as lead for management of transformation programs, development and implementation of learning collaboratives, webinars, and toolkit enhancement, including national and local strategy.

• Develops communication documents and training criteria related to program success measures.

• Develops documentation to support internal and external presentations as well as tracking and monitoring the value and success of program implementation.

• Collaborates with Provider Success Directors and Program Directors related to program development and internal/external communication.

• Accountable for developing and maintaining Internal LOB relationships as well as local market relationships.

• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of experience in external client facing program management, primary and specialty care transformation, quality improvement, and experience in a primary/ambulatory care setting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• Transformation Program Development and Implementation Required

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Broad range of experience with Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred.

• Hands on people leader experience preferred.

• MBA preferred.

• Project management experience preferred.

• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $144,072 to $216,108.

Location: District of Columbia (aka Washington, DC)
