responsibilities:
Frequent travel required
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget development and adherence.
Manage overall project delivery schedule, ensuring timely equipment delivery and installation.
Serve as the main contact for leadership, operations, and product coordinators throughout the project.
Direct the procurement of necessary equipment and systems, such as walk-in coolers, lighting packages, and security equipment.
Handle contract negotiation, project scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout.
Supervise design consultants, general contractors, and service providers, maintaining contractual agreements.
Oversee the RFP process, contract awards, and ensure timely execution of pay applications.
Schedule and oversee project meetings, site inspections, punch walks, and warranty inspections.
Provide weekly project status reports, including progress, schedules, and risk escalation notices.
Work with operations leaders to minimize construction impact on business during remodels, ensuring accurate project planning.
