Position summary

As a Product Manager, you will help define the Strategy and execution for your product portfolio and will be accountable for delivering measurable improvement in business metrics. You will build and manage a robust and impactful road map for your area which is in-line and delivers tangible value to the business lines your work with. You will also work closely with the India Product Organization in developing the best practices for shipping high impact products.

Key duties & responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the problem space by working with users and operational stakeholders and product leaders.

• Work with users and operational stakeholders and product leaders to understand business priorities and translate them to product strategy and features.

• Own the objectives, product roadmap, metrics, and goals for the product areas you are accountable for.

• Run the discovery process to improve your understanding of a particular problem for the business areas you are accountable for.

• Use data-driven approach in establishing and validating hypothesis. Run quick and effective tests in collaboration with engineering and business users.

• Produce product specifications that lends well into establishing vertical and horizontal scaling of the product.

• Evangelize and follow product development best practices with India and US product leaders, and with Operational and Engineering partners.

• Continuously enable operations teams in utilizing product and its feature effectively.

• Conduct post-launch assessment of newly deployed features.

Qualification

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or equivalent

• 5+ years product management experience owning product strategy, planning and delivery in an agile environment preferably in B2B products.

• Proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers.

• Understanding of cloud-based architecture, front end, middle, and back-end technologies

• Possess a highly data-driven approach with the ability to quickly formulate the right analytical framework for user experience or product/platform health questions.

• A natural, deep curiosity that drives you to learn, investigate, and constantly ask "why".

• Expert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire, a knack for breaking down complex concepts, and a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharing.

• Comfortable working with and extracting insights from data

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in agile product management

Preferred

• MBA

• Experience working in US healthcare domain and technologies.
