Microsoft Whiteboard seeks to redefine creative teamwork and learning. Whiteboard has helped distributed teams in hybrid/remote setups, brainstorm on ideas and collaborate & express their thoughts better.

Whiteboard IDC team leads Whiteboard apps across all platforms as well as drive the visual experiences in the product including all Content, Chrome & Board experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities based on customer insights and the product strategy.

  • Develop comprehensive that align engineering efforts to the opportunities you identify.

  • Plan, facilitate, and deliver as per roadmap collaborating closely with engineering, design & product teams across geographies.

  • Iterate on the solutions you pursue based on feedback and learnings until results are achieved.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Experience with software and/or service development lifecycle and partnering with engineering teams

  • Experience developing and executing against program timelines and logistics

  • Extremely strong written, verbal, and presentation skills 

  • Ability to translate customer insights into success measures and broken-down product requirements

  • Working knowledge of project management and scheduling tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management

  • OR software development

  • OR eqivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5years of customer-facing product PM experience
