Your Role

The Contract Logistics Team Leader works within Contract Logistics. She/He will conduct warehouse activities to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, handling operative tasks related to specific areas/departments while managing and supervising the operational workforce.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support processes by collaborating in the fulfillment of customer orders with direct support to operational activities within the department

  • Supervise the business shift trend and reporting critical information regarding the assigned area

  • Adjust and adapt the shift staff model

  • Identify and communicate potential issues related to the operated shift

  • Provide training and feedback to line workers on quality performance and safe behaviors

  • Be ambassador and role model of right execution of activities and respect of safety rules.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience with fast paced work environments where analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems.

  • Predict problems by examining situations with a metric-based approach are considered crucial

  • Solid exposure to team working in logistics and/or productive contexts with high volumes

  • Experience with operational environments where safety in considered a fundamental priority and consequently, capable to inform, guide and teach clearly and efficiently safety paradigms and rules
