Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairing machine breakdowns, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and fixing pneumatic components such as cylinders and hoses. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining and repairing various equipment, including rollers and cutting wheels.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Repair machine breakdowns promptly and effectively.
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic components, including cylinders and hoses.
Diagnose and fix mechanical issues, including rollers and cutting wheels.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, including replacing wheels, bearings, and belts.
Experience in pneumatic troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to fix and maintain rollers and cutting wheels.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience operating HMI machines.
Leadership qualities with experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager.
Electrical troubleshooting experience.
Experience in industrial glass processing.

Work Environment
You will work in a large facility that employs over 100 people and operates a variety of equipment, including conveyors, glass processing machines, sanders, grinders, and cutting machines. Safety is our top priority, and we provide all necessary PPE to ensure our employees' safety. The work hours are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, typically working 45-50 hours a week with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts every other week.
