常に高い身だしなみと衛生基準を維持すること、同僚や他のすべての部門との良好な関係と協力関係を維持することも重要です。スーパーバイザーやチームへのサポートも大切な業務の一つです。
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers.
Maintaining a professional appearance and good hygiene is important. Building positive relationships and cooperating with colleagues and other departments is crucial. Supporting supervisors and teams is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications:
ホテルまたは同様の規模の会社または会計事務所でのアカウントクラークとしての2〜4年の実務経験があることが望ましい。
日本語でのコミュニケーションスキルがあれば尚可。
日本国籍以外の応募者は大学の学位またはディプロマを保有している必要があり、特に経理やビジネス関連の学位を持っていると尚良し。
2-4 years work experience as Accounts Clerk in a hotel or similar large organization or accounting firm desirable.
Japanese Communication skills are preferred.
Non-Japanese national applicants must have a University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Finance or business-related degrees.
