WATTS Senior Import & Export Specialist in Ningbo, Switzerland
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Strictly adhere WATTS EHS, Ethic & Compliance policy . Follow up international Trading Compliance and government regulations in daily operation
Responsible for import/export process ( booking 、 document preparation 、 customs declaration 、 goods delivery etc.)
T rack closely with the imported parts transportation status, included with product ready date, ETD, ETA. If any boat delayed issue happened, escalate such case to sales team timely and propose the new solution to close the gap.
W ork with engineer/supplier/broker to classify the material with HS Code accurately and provide elements for customs declaration.
Capable to deal with China customs to help company solve the issue
Ability to handle special case or urgent case
S ample import/export delivery management
R eporting & Analysis
Initiate the opportunities of SOP improvement to fulfill operation efficiency and cost effective
O ther tasks assigned by the line managers
EDUCATION:
University degree major in logistics , Supply Chain or related field is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS :
More than 5-8 years of experience in import and export logistics (sea/air/express), manufacturing planner, or supply chain management.
Ability to English write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.
