Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the facility, machinery, and mechanical equipment. This includes engines, motors, pneumatics, and production machines used in the production of heat transfer units. You will observe mechanical devices in operation, identify the source of trouble, dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, and much more. You will also participate in the maintenance and repair of the facility and provide feedback to management for potential improvements.

Hard Skills

• Experience with vacuum braze ovens

• Ability to read electrical schematics/blueprints

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience in using lathe, grinder, welder, and other metalworking tools

• Ability to maintain PM logs and records

Soft Skills

• Mechanically inclined

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to learn new process equipment

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Good written communication for routine reports

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Niagara Falls, New York.
