Our not-for-profit hospice and palliative care organization has an opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented, compassionate and resourceful individual who wants to do meaningful work. Candidate must have strong communication and time management skills and be eager and willing to handle the diverse responsibilities of the job with a helpful, professional attitude and a friendly demeanor.
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting the clinical team with administrative tasks
Working as a team player within the administrative and clinical teams
Triaging phone calls in a fast-paced office
Detail oriented tracking to remain in compliance with regulations
Education, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of healthcare experience
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and multi-task
Manage time and prioritize efficiently
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
PC proficiency in Google Suite, Word and Excel
A professional and caring demeanor in person and on the telephone
