Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Inspector Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4-6 inspectors and ensuring compliance with city codes, ordinances, and construction project requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience as a construction inspector. Knowledge of construction project cycles for roads, bridges, sanitary systems and pavement patches is essential.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management

10-15 years experience working as a construction inspector.

1-2 years construction supervisor experience

Must have experience with stormwater management, roadway inspections, bridge construction, utility projects, permits and traffic controls.

Fluent with city compliance codes and standards.

Able to acquire city certifications: Asphalt Field, Concrete Field, Soils and Aggregate Compaction, Pavement Marking, Nuclear Safety, and VDCR certification for Erosion & Sediment Control inspector. null
