An established and reputable construction contractor is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their team, overseeing projects throughout CT, RI, and Western MA. This individual must have an understanding of commercial construction projects, ideally within metal framing and drywall, as well as past utilization of project managment softwares, change orders, and RFIs. Please note that day travel to out of state job sites will be required, however the majority of work will take place in the CT home office.

salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Participation in job meetings – both on site and remotely

• Reviewing key dates and manpower on job sites weekly

• Maintain constant communication with field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and quality control

• Balance project-specific and company goals while maintaining tact and diplomacy

• Utilization of Project Management softwares

• Preparation of submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc

• Analyzing labor hours and job cost data with management team, understanding variances against budget
