What you will do:
PGIM Quantitative Solutions is looking for an Investment Associate to work within their Multi-Asset Portfolio Management Team. The successful candidate should have strong technical skills, a passion for investments, a creative approach to problem solving, and the ability to work both independently and part of a team.
What you can expect:
You will assist Portfolio Managers in the Multi-Asset team with implementation of all dimensions of the investment process
You will compile performance attribution metrics and contribute to commentary on market views, client presentations, and portfolio positioning
You will monitor investment models and data, and provide input on recommended portfolio positioning
You will develop macroeconomic and market research that can be used to enhance the firms investment strategies
What you will bring:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, and statistics
1-3 years of experience in tactical asset allocation and/or multi-asset investing
Strong quantitative skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to solve problems in a creatively and deliver high quality results in a timely fashion
Ability to communicate effectively
What will set you apart?
A Master's Degree in finance or economics and/or progress toward a CFA
Programming in MATLAB or Python and working knowledge of SQL
Working knowledge of financial derivatives (options, futures, forwards, or swaps)

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary range for this role is from $135,000 to $150,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. This role is also eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits including a competitive, discretionary annual cash bonus opportunity along with long term incentive awards. Eligibility to participate in the discretionary annual incentive programs are subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
