The purpose of this role is to drive successful development of ODDA advanced analytics global products in the Digital Commerce (DCom) area. This role and direct team will engage DCom business users to identify business problems-to-solve, eventually leading to formalized business value cases and requirements, leading a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, while also working closely with data scientists and data engineers (internal as well as external) to drive the right product creation, creating a data-driven decision-making culture across Mars Wrigley by fostering a hypothesis-based approach to problem-solving.
What are we looking for?
An experienced Product Management leader with proven experience in eCommerce (or Digital Commerce).
Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
Overall, 10 years of business experience; Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics and eCommerce (can be separate).
Minimum 3 years of analytics experience in the CPG/FMCG Industry.
Minimum 2 years of expertise in eCommerce (or DCom) analytics across PurePlay, OmniChannel and last-mile customers (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, Instacart).
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing or using analytical models using multi variate regression and machine learning algorithms.


What will be your key responsibilities?
Develop an advanced analytics strategy with a prioritized roadmap for DCom within Mars Wrigley that enables and accelerates the agenda of the Global DCom CoE and regional DCom teams.
Create an Agile-based team culture, assigning and aligning responsibilities within the scrum team.
Partner with the ODDA PMO team to plan out short-term and long-term product and resource planning, as well as budget management and forecasting.
Lead the adoption of a newly created end-to-end Product workflow and work intake process, optimized for the DCom team measured by resource allocation and delivery accuracy.
Lead the team to shape and prioritize product backlogs, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
Drive prioritization of products and features tied to company goals, getting buy-in from senior management (from Directors to SVPs) and aligning with other product domains towards shared objectives.
Create compelling presentations and present to executive and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate cross functionally with members of the product, design, marketing, business operations, legal, data & analytics, customer service, regional teams, engineering teams and more, to develop, test, and deliver high quality products and features.
Enable & Refine the operating model for ODDA in partnership with global, regional, and market stakeholders in DCom.
Collaborate with functional experts on an ongoing basis to ensure quality delivery for ODDA and other key transformation programs.
Ensure knowledge and best practices sharing across segments and markets to ensure reusability and improving analytical maturity.
