Job Description:
Derivative Data Integration Team is responsible for integrating trade data from different trading systems in to enterprise database across different asset classes IRD, FXD, CRD, EQD and Commodities. This role will be involved as a business analyst in the following task
Source Trade data from various trading platform, transform to the business domain model and load in the enterprise database
Load collateral VM and IM from collateral management platform to enterprise database
Load market data from various sources in to enterprise database
Load static and reference data in to enterprise database
create reports for operation and regulatory reporting functions
Responsibilities:
Business requirement writing and refinement
Design expected solutions for the development team to implement
Collaborate with experienced developers to understand system requirements and functionalities
Experience leading the design and development of new components for the next generation of OTC derivatives solutions
Co-ordination of quality assurance and testing, including issue tracking and resolution
Close stakeholder partnership on business priorities, problem statement definition and project measures of success
Business Analysis of Operational processes including flow mapping, root cause analysis & stakeholder interviews
Contribute to driving an innovative and continuous improvement culture within integration team
Triage support issues for the product team identifying them as either bugs or systems enhancements
Skills required:
Strong functional knowledge and relevant working experience in Derivatives across different asset classes IRD, FXD, CRD, EQD and Commodities.
Technology/Engineering background (either educationally or experience) and detailed knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Demonstrable knowledge of OTC Derivatives trade lifecycle
Strong SQL and excel skills
Knowing Murex trading platform is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to articulate complex problems and potential resolutions/solutions
Design, documentation, and solution execution experience with the ability to address identified business problems and help execute on with product managers for launches of new products.
Data analysis skills and ability to review technical specifications and large complex datasets (Structured Query Language (SQL), fpML)
The expected base salary ranges from $105k-$160k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
