Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.
Enterprise Excellence offers frameworks, data insight, and efficiency-enabling products that are available to deploy across the enterprise.
The Engagement team within EE is a conduit between the internal user/Ops and Function Managers, and the EE Product Owners and Execution Team. The Engagement team will develop new relationships and partnerships, as well as maintain existing ones, with a clear goal of identifying and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions to address process reengineering needs.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and drive daily BoW execution work across LoB and supporting functions, including assigning and tracking project-related actions
Document project plan, scope, including resource alignment and timelines
Make waterfall vs. agile determination per project
Create and manage project level communications and associated plans
Calculate project effort estimates in partnership with EE colleagues and Technology
Identify, log, and escalate risks, issues and changes to execution plan and delivery
Update plan(s) timely to reflect status and report on progress
Create stakeholder analysis and lead regular stakeholder updates
Align with change management and organize project working groups to ensure alignment
Primary support to the lead PMO within EE Engagement team
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in project management, development and execution with prior financial services
Impeccable time management and able to support multiple priorities
Experience supporting targeted solutions to global business communities
Collaborative attitude and able to work with technology and business partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery
Quick learner with an analytical and flexible thinking style
Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work well on cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests
PMP® and CSM® certifications preferred
Advanced skills in MS Project, Project Tracking System (PTS 2.0), Smartsheet a plus
Excellent MS PowerPoint / presentation creation skills

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
