VSupport provisioning of SAP user accounts, prioritize and process access requests. Assist with internal and external audits as requested and complete scheduled reviews of provisioning activity. Perform SAP security role design tasks creating transaction and authorization object level configuration; parent and single derived roles creation; guide and direct user assignments. Leverage knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 Security concepts to configure access as defined by the business. Gateway role design to include Catalogs, Groups and ODATA. Backend role design to include Tcode, ODATA, Webdynpro with Authorizations. Trace error log analysis for missing services and backend authorizations. Complete remediation tasks such as removing inappropriate access or implementing recommended process changes per SAP releases. Document processes and procedures to support SAP GRC & Security functions. Coordinate/supervise GRC & Security tasks assigned to the EMS offshore team. Run & analyze SAP GRC reports related to ARA (Access Risk Analysis), EAM (Emergency Access management) and ARM (Access Request Management). Assist in interpreting Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Sensitive Access (SA) results. Analyze requirements for security role builds. Execute role builds based on requirements. Provide input on security decisions regarding the introduction of new SAP modules and systems. Work closely with SAP Solution Architect, Development and Finance Operations teams to implement enhancements, solutions and resolve problems. Understand leading practices as it relates to SAP Security and provide recommendations to clients on security role design and implementation. Advise business and technology team on best practices and leverage new functionalities of SAP GRC and Security.REQUIREMENTS: Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems or a related field and five (5) years of experience as an Administrator, Vice President, Analyst, or similar involving SAP GRC & Security in the financial services industry. Experience must include the following: Configuring SAP GRC to perform SAP authorization concept, role design, user administration, SOD conflict resolution and risk mitigation; Conducting Security Administration across the following technologies: S/4 HANA, BPC, BOBJ, Fiori and BW to ensure permissions in accordance with business requirements; Identifying and resolving authorization errors using SAP Security tables, specifically SUIM, SU53 and ST01; Performing GRC module upgrades and end-to-end testing; Facilitating audits with internal and external auditors, including SOX control reviews; Liaising with financial services professionals to understand and design/implement business security options/configurations (i.e., access, segregation of responsibilities, etc.).SALARY:$169,229 to $ 190,000 per year LOCATION: 600 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10020
