Support senior management decision making on issues relating to measuring and monitoring Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book.2. Support senior management decision making on issues relating to bank capital management such as capital planning and stress testing.3. Work with a variety of stakeholders to understand the underlying drivers and how this is impacted by changes in customer behavior, pricing and the wider interest rate environment.4. Identify, model, and quantify material interest rate exposures.5. Ensure that appropriate Funds Transfer Pricing is in place covering Capital, Funding and Liquidity and hedging interactions.6. Support senior management decision on the impact of interest rate risk on capital allocation across the businesses and legal entities.7. Understand US Regulatory framework in which Asset and Liability Management operates.8. Translate external requirements to various internal stakeholders in the bank.9. Set and drive strategy for managing Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book while ensuring internal and prudential requirements are met.10. Provide technical expertise in the Treasury Asset and Liability Management space.11. Engage with a variety of stakeholders across functions, business units and geographical locations.REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as an Assistant Vice President, Business Analyst, or closely related position.RATE OF PAY: $175K to $205K per year. The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate.
