JOB SUMMARY The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified applicant to fill an hourly Technical Support Assistant, Level II position (approximately 20 hours/week).
RESPONSIBILITIES -Develop code for microcontroller-based equipment -Analyze data using statistical software and assist with manuscript preparation. -Keep accurate records of experiments, data, and procedures -Prepare progress reports and manuscripts -Communicate with team members and collaborators, including presenting results at meetings and conferences
QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree in computer science -At least one year of experience in data analysis, including statistical software such as R or Python -At least one year of experience in Arduino, C or C# programming languages -Prior research experience in a neuroscience laboratory is preferred
