Job Description

You are:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly effective SVP, Digital Delivery Lead. This person will sit at the intersection of data, creative, tech and operations, and will be responsible for managing end-to-end Digital Marketing Transformation efforts for one of our marquee Healthcare clients, encompassing client relationship management, coordination of new marketing capabilities development, new (agile) ways of working and change management etc. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the best creative minds and tech leaders in the industry to truly make an impact and see your work come to life.

Your Impact:

  • Partner closely with the client to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of large-scale digital/marketing transformation efforts, encompassing implementation of Modern (omni-channel) marketing – AdTech/MarTech Platforms, New ways of working (agile operating models), and required Change Management

  • Support our strategy and consulting teams in partnering with clients to develop digital marketing strategy and roadmaps

  • Critical thinker and innovative problem solver able to bridge effectively between business and technology.

  • Lead and grow our Tech team to support new capabilities development, best practices

  • Market trends assessment, researching new vendors to expand capabilities and educating teams (internal and clients)

  • Act as primary liaison with client IT teams and external marketing technology service providers, and bridge effectively between business and technology worlds.

  • Managing integrated plans and downstream impacts of capabilities enablement and adoption

  • Support the development of playbooks, standards, governance, and processes for new capabilities and ways of working

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of Digital/Tech Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm

  • Initiated, led, and managed several large-scale, complex digital transformation efforts enabling new capabilities and ways of working to drive business growth, significant cost reduction, and improve customer experience

  • Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical components with enterprise foundational components

  • Served as key member of executive teams with ability to drive tech strategy as well as developing partnerships with key business functions including analytics, operations, finance, IT, and sales/marketing

  • Excellent written, verbal, numerical and presentation skills

  • Thorough consulting skills and experience consulting to C-level clients

  • Appreciation and change enablement for Agile ways of working and modern technology tools and methods

  • Interest and experience in technology and using technology to strengthen value-accretive business strategy and transformation

  • Openness to travel and work on client site in order to deliver the first-class services we pride ourselves in

Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Compensation Range: $167,000- $299,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
